What is an Interactive e-Statement?
As part of PGCB ’s SMART banking initiative, we at PGCB continuously endeavour to provide paperless digital services for your convenience as well as to ensure our environment stays protected. PGCB Interactive e-Statement is an interactive version of your traditional paper statement that provides you with a consolidated summary of your Accounts, Deposits, Wala’a Dirhams, Finances and Cards, all in one interactive document. A separate Interactive e-Statement for your Card/Cards will be sent as per your Card billing cycle.

Who is eligible to receive Interactive eStatement?
Any customer holding an active account / credit card can subscribe to Interactive e-Statement.
How do I register for Interactive eStatements?
Registration for this facility is simple and quick. You can do it through Online Banking, Mobile Banking or by visiting any PGCB branch in UAE – Check link: How to register to PGCB Interactive e-Statement, for details.
Is Interactive eStatement secure?
Interactive eStatement is password protected and is delivered to the registered email address.
How frequently will I receive my Interactive eStatements?
Interactive eStatement has the same frequency as your paper statement however you may choose a different frequency through Mobile or Online Banking at the time of registration or later as required.
How will I receive Interactive eStatement?
Interactive eStatement is delivered to the registered email address as per your records with the bank.
Can I have Interactive eStatements sent to two different email addresses?
It is advisable to keep a single email address for all communications however different email addresses can be setup for different accounts.
How can I change my email address?
You can change the email address from various channels:
Online Banking: Services menu > Miscellaneous >Update Personal Information or e-Statement Registration
Mobile App: Settings > e-Statement Registration
PGCB Branches: Simply visit any PGCB Branch with your original Emirates ID
Can I print my Interactive eStatement?
Yes, you can download the PDF version of the e-Statement embedded within the Interactive e-Statement & print it through the printer connected to your device.
Will Interactive eStatements look the same as my paper statement?
Interactive e-Statement when printed will be same as your paper statement and can be downloaded, saved and printed as required.
Do I need additional software to view Interactive eStatements?
No special software or app is required to view, save or print your e-Statement. It will open in a web browser on your PC/laptop or mobile device.
Is there a charge for receiving Interactive eStatements?
There are no fee/charges applicable.
How do I cancel my Interactive eStatement registration and go back to paper statement?
You can do the same through Online Banking, Mobile App or by submitting a written request at your nearest Persian Gulf Commercial Bank Branch.
What if I haven't received my Interactive eStatements or if the details in my Interactive e-Statement are incorrect?
Please notify us immediately by visiting your nearest Persian Gulf Commercial Bank Branch, or through Online Banking
Can I view my Interactive eStatement on Tablet or Mobile Phone (IOS & Android)?
